Le nom est surtout porté dans le Pas-de-Calais. Variante : Dhé. Il renvoie à un nom de localité. On pensera d'abord à Dehées, hameau à Achicourt (62), mais des formes Hée, Haye sont possibles. Le toponyme évoque un lieu boisé, un taillis, une haie.
